Nucor Tubular Products Selects Powerfleet Telematics to Improve Steel Manufacturing Safety
Powerfleet, Inc., announced today it has been selected by Nucor Tubular Products to improve safety, compliance, and utilization by using Powerfleet’s telematics solutions. Nucor Tubular Products has employed Powerfleet to enhance the safety of all warehousing operations at its facilities. After a rigorous pilot program, Nucor Tubular Products has chosen to deploy the Powerfleet Enterprise telematics solution across all lift-truck equipment and instrument cranes at a second location in Q4 2020 and the remaining six of its tubular products facilities during the first half of 2021.
Powerfleet Subsidiary Pointer Telocation Enables Internet of Things (IoT) Defibrillators in Israel
Powerfleet, Inc. announced that its operating subsidiary, Pointer Telocation Ltd. (Pointer), has deployed hundreds of IoT-enabled defibrillators in Israel with the Magen David Adom Ambulance Company. Defibrillators have been installed across the country in telephone booths, lottery stalls and supermarkets as part of a $2 million deployment program. As part of the agreement, Pointer engineered a smart device to install in select locations across Israel. Each device is equipped with a Pointer transmitter, which provides the defibrillators’ location, temperature and battery health to MDA response centers. When the flashing LED button is triggered, the MDA response center remotely unlocks the case which allows users to access the device even in the dark.

Ryder Selects Powerfleet for Industrial to Secure North American Supply Chain Operations
Powerfleet, Inc. today announced it has been chosen by Ryder System, Inc., a leading logistics and transportation company, to embed telematics into its forklifts and other material handling equipment within its warehouses. Ryder operates behind the scenes, managing critical fleet, transportation, and supply chain functions for more than 50,000 customers, many of which make the products that consumers use every day. Over the next 12-18 months, Ryder will be deploying the Powerfleet Enterprise solution on over 1,000 pieces of material handling equipment at more than 30 sites in North America.
The French Red Cross Selects Cellocator by Powerfleet for COVID-19 Humanitarian Response
Cellocator by Powerfleet provided The French Red Cross with a plug and play traceability solution to be used during shipment of healthcare equipment and supplies using the MultiSense and WatchM mobile application. The French Red Cross, a major player in the French humanitarian response plan specifically focusing on prevention and control of epidemics in Sub-Saharan Africa, along with its emergency task forces in the Democratic Republic of Congo, utilized Cellocator’s traceability solution of healthcare equipment and supplies in order to respond effectively to the COVID-19 epidemic and EVD.
Day & Ross Turns to Powerfleet for Solar Powered Tracking Technology
Powerfleet announced it will be outfitting a large portion of the full Day & Ross trailer fleet with Powerfleet’s LV-500 solar tracking solution and the Powerfleet LV-710 Freight Camera. As one of the largest transportation companies in Canada, with a focus on efficient and effective equipment utilization, Day & Ross intends on deploying the Powerfleet’s LV-500 product across a fleet of over 3,000 trailers to optimize the management of shipping lanes and ensure cost effective operations; a portion of these trailers will also be equipped with the Powerfleet LV-710 camera system.
Jungheinrich AG Extends Global Technology Agreement with Powerfleet
After just one year into a multi-year contract with the leading provider of intralogistics to collaborate on product development, sales and support for their telematics needs, Powerfleet is proud to announce an extension to its existing agreement with Jungheinrich. Powerfleet Joins Russell 3000® Index
Powerfleet® was added to the broad-market Russell 3000® Index at the conclusion of the annual reconstitution of the Russell indexes, effective after the U.S. market opens today, June 29, according to the FTSE Russell website. Annual Russell indexes reconstitution captures the 4,000 largest U.S. stocks as of May 8, ranking them by total market capitalization. Membership in the U.S. all-cap Russell 3000® Index, which remains in place for one year, means automatic inclusion in the large-cap Russell 1000® Index or small-cap Russell 2000® Index as well as the appropriate growth and value style indexes. FTSE Russell determines membership for its Russell indexes primarily by objective, market-capitalization rankings and style attributes.
